Course # CEE 2705- Anticipating Issues That Come Up In New Home Sales
Description: As result of this course, students will learn how to properly work with the builder to achieve one common goal…home ownership for his/her buyer. Students will also learn how to avoid most common issues such as delayed closings. We will also review how to navigate builder incentives, procuring cause, design center upgrades and items that may delay closing.
