Our instructor Ericka McKnight's passion and success has been in new home sales for the past several years. Her wealth of knowledge and understanding of the concept in new home sales from interacting with the customer, being the sales person onsite, dealing/coping with management/the companies owner has allowed her to be an ASSET to many! Ericka throughout her many years of selling new homes has always had a desire to teach what she had learned whether good or bad. Her philosophy has always been it's part of the story!
