Ericka McKnight demonstrates a passion for sales. So, once she obtained her real estate license, she later realized her niche, new home sales! Her career in home sales has opened doors to so many opportunities. Ericka and some of her colleagues would often say “Why aren’t there any Continuing Education courses for New Home Salespeople or all licensees in the building industry? Ericka realized that she could provide what she and her colleagues were discussing! So, she went to work on developing a continuing education course for new home salespeople or any licensee who wanted insight on the behind-the-scenes knowledge of the new home sales building industry.

Principles of New Home Sales is one of the first real estate commission approved continuing education course in New Home Sales! Ericka attributes her success to God for giving her the courage to write and properly word the course. Ericka thanks her family, friends and Jackie (whoo hoo). Please sign up today! You will not be disappointed!

The primary objective of this course is to clearly and definitively address, among other things, each of these issues as they relate to today’s fast paced world of business. In summation, this is a course that attempts to navigate the maze of contract law by dissecting its intricacies and relating it to real estate contracts and the everyday practice of real estate.

Course ID #2447: If You Were The Judge-
This is an "active" course, meaning that each participant is required to actively engage in discussion, analysis and determination of findings of forty-three real estate and related court cases. This course is structured wherein the class is divided into groups of approximately five people per group. Each group reads the assigned case, individually. The group, as a whole, then discusses and analyzes the case based upon the facts as presented. The group then determines what they believe to be the answer to the question posed in the case.
